Accommodations

There are no hotel room blocks reserved for the academic conference, but there are many hotels in the Boston/Cambridge area that provide easy access to the conference venue. Plan to book early to secure the most favorable rates.  The Summer AMA Educators’ Conference will be held immediately following the ISBM Conference and will be held at the Boston Marriott Copley Place; it is a short taxi or Uber ride to MIT (approx 2.5 miles).  If you are staying for AMA, you may be able to extend your stay … see AMA’s site for their hotel rates.

Many hotels and bed and breakfasts in Boston and Cambridge are accessible by the MBTA subway system. We provide a list below of the hotels nearest to campus and also a map of hotels in the greater area. Please note that MIT does not guarantee any of these accommodations—this information is provided for reference only.
